The public catalogue can be viewed without creating an account. When you choose to buy, payment and order details are entered on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout rather than on this website.

Anonymous site statistics

The studio records limited anonymous totals such as visits, popular pages, broad country, device type and referring site. It does not use this monitor to collect names, messages, precise locations or private content.

Email enquiries

If you email the studio, the information you choose to send is used to answer your enquiry. Do not send payment-card or bank details by email.

Orders and fulfilment

Stripe collects the contact, payment, billing, shipping and product-choice information entered at checkout. The studio receives the order information needed to fulfil the purchase, provide support and meet legal or accounting obligations. The minimum delivery and order details needed are shared with Prodigi, our print and fulfilment partner.

Payment details

Full card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Mindhame Black Crow Studio. Stripe may also process device and transaction information for authentication, security and fraud prevention. The studio will never ask customers to email card numbers.

No advertising profiles

The studio does not sell visitor data or build cross-site advertising profiles. Any future optional mailing list will require a clear, separate choice.

Mindhame remains separate

The free wellbeing platform at mindhame.org is separate from the Crow Studio shop. Purchasing will never be required to use Mindhame.
